Burger and Chips
Brioche Bun 1 Pack (4-6 buns)
Mixed Lettuce Leaves 100g
Meatless Burger patties 4-6 patties
Red Cabbage 100g
Pea shoots 100g
Mimi’s Laphet Tea Dressing 2 Tablespoons for each burger
Cut the buns in halves and lightly toasted. Wash all the fruits and vegetables and pat dry. Grill the patties in the pan for 4 min each side. Rest the patties in the tray and cover with the foil for about 5 min. Shred cabbage and set aside. Thinly sliced onions, pickles, tomatoes. To assemble the burgers, you will need a dry clean workspace. Add Mimi’s Laphet tea dressing for delicious zing and a kick.
